The World Health Organisation has official raised the influenza alert from phase 4 (sustained human transmission)
to phase 5-6 (Pandemic-widespread human infection). Wow. The A(H1N1) or the proper name Swine Flu and then add the Bird flu H5N1 and the common flu are comin' at us. Get your shots in and let's hope that we can keep things under control. Bless y'all and stay safe! Hard to believe...

This just opened infront of the Gyeonghui Palace in Central Seoul, Korea a few days ago.
It will host cultural exhibitions of Art, Fashion and Cinema. It flips and rotates by using
for cranes to 'transform' the 180 ton mass and designed by Rem Koolhaas. For now
only in Korea for the next 5 months. Anyone check it out yet?

85up2 & Justice League

The other day, I checked out a bandshow. There were two hk hip hop groups;
85up2 and Justice League. 85up2 got some sick beats since they have 2 of the best
beat makers in HK, in my opinion; Dennis Zee and Doughboy. Raw stuff. Next,
was Justice League--their show was tight! Really enjoyed it. I also digged their song
'Google Me'. 85up2 will be performing Saturday at BeHold in LKF. Peace

Ever try this? They say the redder the circles are the more toxins you got in your body.
Apparently I got a lot! But, I bruise easily. The after effect felt good and helped detox the body.
I wanna do it again and see if I still got such red marks.
